Dryland training is important for all the sports/activities your young athletes participate in. Basic strength, endurance, agility and balance are critical for success and injury prevention in all athletes but especially in young developing athletes.
Snow Valley will be offering a six week, outdoor, dryland training program (rain or shine) at the hill starting Sunday, September 20th and running until November 1. The timing is 10am-12pm.
We will be including a wide range of activities for the kids based on their age and teach the kids how to move their bodies effectively and in a coordinated fashion while building on teamwork and having fun. This will be a highly supportive and motivating environment for the kids to feel safe to try new things and push themselves. We will also be including some mobility and flexibility work at the end of each session.
